Ian H. Kinman
B.A., LL.B.
Ian Kinman was born in Nigeria in 1958.
After living in Africa, he and his family moved to the United Kingdom. In 1966 the family moved to Saskatchewan, where Ian completed his Junior High. He went on to complete his High School in central Alberta; and thereafter and a B.A. in History in Washington State. In 1983 Ian graduated with his Law Degree from the University of British Columbia.
Ian has practised law in the Greater Vancouver area since his graduation from Law School. He specializes in corporate commercial work, both as a solicitor and as a litigator. He also has developed an expertise in construction litigation and personal injury work. Ian makes his home in New Westminster. His hobbies include travel, music and nature study, with an emphasis on bird watching. These interests have taken him to a wide variety of different places, including countries in Asia, Africa, Europe and South America.
Neil A. Mulholland
B.A., LL.B.
Neil was born in the UK and moved to British Columbia with his family at a very early age. After growing up in Powell River, he earned his BA in History and Economics at the University of Victoria and then went on to complete his Law Degree at the University of British Columbia. After articling in Richmond, he was called to the BC Bar in 1997.
Since that time, he has practised primarily in the field of personal injury litigation, with a focus on trial and mediation work. After spending five years working in-house for the Insurance Corporation of BC, he joined KM's predecessor firm in 2003.
Neil’s interests include back-country travel, photography, history and brewing beer.
Daniel G. Addison
B.Sc., LL.B
Dan was born and raised in Saskatchewan until moving to Kelowna at age ten. He obtained his BSc in Geology at Concordia University in Montreal. After working as a Geologist for a number of years Dan returned to school and obtained his Law Degree at UBC in 1992.
Since being called to the bar in 1993 Dan has practiced in New Westminster and the Fraser Valley. He has always practiced as a litigator and specializes in personal injury, construction and commercial litigation.
An avid fly fisher, Dan is happiest camped beside a good trout lake accompanied by his wife Gloria and beagle Dickens.
